In 2010, industry veteran Gary Ralston, CCIM, SIOR, partnered with Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, to establish a commercial real estate practice under the Saunders Real Estate brand. R. Todd Dantzler, CCIM, joined the firm in 2011 as a Managing Director and Partner, bringing decades of experience in commercial brokerage, investment sales, and land use strategy. Known for their practical insight and market knowledge, Ralston and Dantzler have long been trusted advisors in commercial real estate.

From 2019 to 2024, we operated as Saunders Ralston Dantzler, expanding our reach across the Southeast and consistently delivering top results. In 2025, we returned to our independent roots, launching Saunders Commercial as a dedicated division of Saunders Real Estate. Today, our work spans key sectors including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and special purpose. We offer brokerage, leasing, investment strategy, and property management services, all backed by the expertise and data-driven insights that deliver long-term value.
